What are the venue rental hours?
Friday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
All guests, vendors, and decorations should be removed by 10:00 PM on Saturday. We recommend beginning cleanup before the end of your rental time, especially if you have extensive decorations or vendor equipment.
How many guests can the venue accommodate?
Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 200 guests.

What is included with the venue rental?
Your rental includes access to:

How much does it cost to rent the venue?
The venue rental fee is $3,000 and includes all of the amenities above.
To reserve your date:

A $1,500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining $1,500 balance is due 30 days before your wedding date.
Can we serve alcohol at our wedding?
Yes. Alcohol is permitted under the following conditions:

You must hire a licensed bartender.

The bartender must carry liability insurance.

The venue must be listed as an additional insured on the bartender's liability insurance policy.

A copy of the liability insurance certificate must be provided to the venue before your event.
